About STEPHANIE LYNN PEREZ

After many years of exploring Arizona my family chose to make the Prescott Area our home. I was born and raised in Southern Colorado, and spent over 15 years in Oregon before relocating here. The Southwest has always held a special place in my heart, settling here has been a dream and the area does not disappoint! We love all of the adventures, the beautiful scenery, and the unparalleled sunsets. The community here is so warm and welcoming.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent my professional background has been diverse and has always embraced an underlying joy of helping others. I have spent a majority of my time developing and managing small businesses, with additional experience in investments and personal banking. As my family grew I also spent several years teaching and studying Waldorf Early Childhood Education. My experiences enable me to serve my real estate clients with the utmost care and consideration for their needs and I always invest my full dedication to the entire process.

If I am not with a client you will likely find me gardening, working on a new home project or enjoying the outdoors!
